El Portillo Beach Club & Spa is a resort real estate development project of low density, designed for high-level market. The project, located in a secluded area of beautiful white sand beaches with turquoise waters on the north coast of the peninsula of Samaná, Las Terrenas.

It is designed around existing natural resources, respecting and caring for the vegetation and the environment to meet the demands of an exclusive tourism.

The country's most renowned architects such as Antonio Segundo Imbert, Gustavo L. Moré and Esteban Prieto Vicioso, have been commissioned to make unique design of each unit.

Three types of units called Beach Villas, Lagoon Villas and Island Villas, comprising a total of 370 rooms that are divided in 55 beach villas and 101 apartments.

The project consists of over 170 thousand square meters, including Portillo Aerodrome which will service the project. Its 350 linear meters of beach front is one of its most valuable attractions.
